TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY

1. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Site fees are calculated until 11am on the day of departure. Check in from 1:00pm
   Check Out by 11:00am
2. SITES AND FEES: Fees payable in full at the time of booking. Payment is to be made online www.rylstonecaravanpark.com.au or over the phone 0494 740 218, Only One Vehicle per site allowed.
3. BOOKINGS: Are made online at www.rylstonecaravanpark.com.au or over the phone 0494 740 218. Sites will be allocated at time of booking.
   Rylstone Caravan Park management reserve the right to request patrons relocate if a circumstance arises.
   Extensions to original booking will be subject to availability, requests must be directed to Rylstone Caravan Parks booking team on the above number.
4. SPEED LIMIT: The Speed limit in the park is 10km p/hr. which is walking pace and applies to the entire park. If you exceed the limit, it will be brought to your attention. If you exceed it again, you will be asked to leave the Park. The road within the park is shared by pedestrians and motorists.
5. CARAVAN AND TRAILERS PARKING: All vans and trailers must be placed onto the site so the drawbar, as approved by the registration, is facing the road or access so immediate removal can be undertaken in the case of an emergency.
6. KEYCODE FOR AMENITIES AND LAUNDRY: Will be provided on payment of bookings. Must not be shared with any person who is not a guest of the park. The code will be changed at regular intervals and will be communicated to authorised guests as required.
7. CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for their own children at all times. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities. Management takes no responsibility for children unsupervised within the park.
8. BBQ AREA: Please clean barbeque after use. Please clean tables and equipment after use and leave tidy for the next guests.
9. AMENITIES: Children under 12 Years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
10.  LAUNDRY: Laundry equipment must be left clean after use.
11. The placing of ropes for drying between trees, powerpoints etc. is not allowed.
12. LAUNDRY SINK: No children, fish cleaning, saucepans, crockery, boots etc. to be washed in laundry sink.
13. BROKEN EQUIPMENT: Please report machine break downs to 0494 740 218 as soon as possible.
14. QUITE TIME: All loud noise must cease from 10pm till 8am. Abusive language or excessive noise will not be tolerated at anytime
15. GARBAGE: Garbage bins are provided throughout the park your convenience. Please place only recyclable materials into the recycling bins.
16. PARK GROUNDS: Please do not enter or play in restricted or private areas.
17. ANIMALS: Dogs are permitted on site: Other animals are not permitted, even in cars. Your dog must be on a leash at all times and all dog droppings must be picked up in a bag and disposed of in a bin.
18. VISITORS: All guests and visitors must comply with park rules. Patrons are reminded that they are responsible for their children’s and visitor’s observance of the park rules.
19. FIRES: Open fires are not permitted at any time.
20. FLOORING AND TRENCHING:  Flooring and tarps are not permitted on grass sites. Trenching around tents or annexes is not permitted.
21. PERSONAL ITEMS: care must be taken of your own possessions. Your property (including your motor vehicle) is your responsibility. Management takes no responsibility for theft or damage. No refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage will be given.
22. INTOXICATION / UNLAWFUL ACTS: Excessive use of alcohol is an unacceptable condition of stay. Violence, use of illegal drugs, theft, vandalism and abuse (physical or verbal) will not be tolerated. Please understand it will be our duty to notify the police and will result in the termination of your stay.
23. We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way, causing damage disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, breaking the Park
    “Conditions of Stay”. No refund will be given and charges will apply for damages caused.
24. EVACUATION PROCEDURE: Muster point displayed in amenities building office window.
25. COMMUNITY PLAN: Displayed in amenities building office window.
26. NO SMOKING:(Smoking Free ACT 2000): Smoking is prohibited in buildings and communal areas. A $200 fee will be applied to your credit card with failure to comply with this No Smoking policy.
